craftit studios is operated by Abhishek Jha and Ayush Chakraborty, based in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India.

We have not completed registration of a legal entity. Until we have, any engagement is contracted with us personally, and we will tell you exactly who the counterparty is before you commit to anything. We would rather state that plainly than imply a company structure that does not exist.

"We" and "us" mean craftit studios. "You" means whoever is using this website.

This website only — reading it, and contacting us through the form or by email.

They do not cover paid work. Scope, price, timelines, ownership, confidentiality and liability are agreed in a written proposal before anything starts. Nothing on the marketing pages of this site is a contractual commitment, and no page here is an offer capable of acceptance.

Please do not:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• —Submit deliberately false information through the contact form.
• —Use the form or our published addresses to send unsolicited commercial mail.
• —Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• —Republish substantial parts of the written content as your own.

If you are doing security research and find something, the disclosure route is below and we will not come after you for reporting it in good faith.

The text, design, code and graphics here are ours. Quote or reference them with attribution freely. Do not republish the site wholesale or present our written material as yours.

Anything you send us stays yours. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else — see the privacy policy.

We keep this site working and accurate, but provide it as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

We are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, beyond what cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Email founders@craftitstudios.com. We will acknowledge it and keep you updated. We will not threaten legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith, does not access or extract data beyond what is needed to demonstrate it, and gives us a reasonable window before publishing.

There is no paid bug bounty. We will credit you if you want to be credited.

We may update these terms. The revision date is at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
