What is deliberately not here yet
No service level agreement, data processing addendum, sub-processor register, refund or billing terms, or security page. Each of those is a commitment about a capability — uptime credits, on-call cover, a payment gateway, client data we process on your behalf — and none of them is live yet. Publishing them now would be exactly the kind of thing this studio exists to argue against.
They go in as each capability lands. If you need any of them to evaluate us, ask and we will tell you precisely where we are instead of sending you a document that overstates it.
